Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointment Hours

First appointment 9:15 am

Last appointment 2:00 pm

Appointments are scheduled to allow sufficient time for each client. Please ensure you book appropriately within these hours.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time or no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, a late fee, or cancellation of your appointment.

Full services cannot be completed in less than the allocated time.

Health and Safety

All clients are required to wash or sanitize their hands before the service and my be asked to do so during the service if required. 

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities or relevant health concerns prior to treatment.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment.

The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client presenting with visible contagious condition (including but not limited to fungal infections, open wounds, or infectious illnesses).

Disabilities and Mobility Restrictions

Clients with disabilities or limited mobility (including arm, hand, or finger restrictions) are kindly asked to contact the salon prior to booking to allow additional time to be scheduled if required.

If assistance is needed, a carer must remain present for the duration of the appointment.

Children Policy

No children are permitted to attend appointments, as the salon space is shared.

No services will b provided to children under 8 years of age.

Clients under 16 years of age require parental/guardian consent.

Service guarantee and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience issues with your service, please contact the salon within

48 hours of your appointment.

We offer corrections where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. 

Results may very depending on nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Right to Refuse Service

The salon reserve the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, failure to follow salon policies, or health concerns.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required immediately after your service. 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for additional time, design, or product use beyond the original booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

At Nail Creations, your custom is highly appreciated and valued. I understand that without your business I would have no business. Your business is so valuable to me that if you are unable to make your appointment, I am unable to make an income.

 

Appointment reminders are sent via text message 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fees may apply if less than 24 hours notice is given. No-Show, there will be a % of the service fee charged to you. 

 

Running late? I understand that life happens, and sometimes these things can't be avoided. Services are completed within specified time frames; if you are late, I may not be able to complete the full service or fulfill the service at all. As that time has been set aside specifically for you, you may still be asked to pay the full service fee even if I am unable to fulfill the service.

A non-refundable pre-payment may be requested to secure your appointment in some circumstances.
